4. Purchase Orders And Confirmation
• Orders shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of a valid Purchase Order (PO), advance payment (where applicable), or written confirmation from the client.
• SAJ E WORLD TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. reserves the right to reject any order without assigning any reason.
5. Payment Terms
• Payment terms shall be governed by the approved quotation, work order, agreement, or invoice.
• Delayed payments may attract interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
• SAJ E WORLD TECHNOGIES PVT. LTD. reserves the right to suspend services, support, or deliveries against overdue payments.
6. Installation And Project Execution
• Project timelines are subject to site readiness, client approvals, material availability, and external dependencies.
• Clients shall provide necessary site access, electricity, internet connectivity, permissions, and infrastructure required for project execution.
• Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional costs.
7. Warranty
• Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer’s warranty policies.
• Service warranties, if applicable, shall be specified in writing.
Warranty shall not cover damage caused by:
· Improper usage
· Power fluctuations
· Water or fire damage
· Unauthorized modifications
· Physical damage or vandalism
8. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
• AMC services shall be governed by the specific AMC agreement signed between the parties.
• AMC does not cover replacement of defective hardware unless explicitly stated.
• Emergency visits and additional support beyond contract scope may be chargeable.
9. Limitation Of Liability
SAJ E WORLD TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for:
• Loss of business or revenue. • Loss of data.
• Security breaches caused by third-party systems.
• Network failures, power outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The maximum liability of SAJ E WORLD TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD shall be limited to the value of the service concerned or project.
10. CCTV And Security Systems Disclaimer
While CCTV, biometric, and security systems help improve security, SAJ E WORLD TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. does not guarantee the prevention of theft, intrusion, fraud, or other criminal activities. Clients are responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and proper usage of installed systems.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, images, designs, and service descriptions, are the property of SAJ E WORLD TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. unless otherwise stated.Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
